A Raleigh native, Cyrus Stewart brings a relationship-driven approach and a competitive edge honed through years in professional sports and client service to his role as Commercial Development Officer for Standard Title Company. Cyrus focuses on building strategic partnerships with attorneys, developers, brokers, and lenders throughout the Triangle, Triad and across North Carolina. Known for his even-tempered nature and genuine curiosity, he thrives on connecting people, fostering trust, and helping clients achieve seamless, successful real estate transactions.

Before joining Standard Title, Cyrus spent six years at Fitzpatrick Communications in Raleigh, where he helped institutions and corporations successfully change opinions, achieve business goals, weather unforeseen crises, and avoid litigation. His experience in communications consulting and B2B marketing communications sharpened his ability to listen carefully, anticipate client needs, and deliver thoughtful solutions—all skills that now translate seamlessly into the title industry.

A former professional golfer, Cyrus competed to pursue a spot on the PGA Tour before transitioning to the business world. He is a proud graduate of Wake Forest University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications while competing as a Division I golfer. He is now a top-ranked Mid-Amateur in the Southeast and is the 2025 North Carolina Mid-Amateur Champion. 

Outside the office—and when he’s not on the golf course—Cyrus and his wife, Sara, enjoy scouting out the best live concerts in the region and embracing the fun and chaos of raising their young son. Their Australian Shepherd, Nola, is always along for the adventure.
