David Walker, a Charlotte native, brings local expertise and understanding of the Queen City’s unique landscape to his role as Standard Title’s Commercial Development Officer. Based in our Charlotte office, David leverages over 20 years of experience in property management, business consulting, and sales to strategically support the needs of real estate professionals across the region. His deep-rooted connection to the Charlotte market, combined with a wide-reaching network of industry relationships, positions him to drive growth and strengthen partnerships for Standard Title. 

Known for his approachable and collaborative style, David is a natural connector who fosters new relationships while maintaining valuable connections within the industry. He is a trusted resource for clients seeking insight and solutions in Charlotte’s fast-evolving real estate market and beyond, guiding transactions with the utmost professionalism. 

David graduated from Charlotte Country Day School, after which he studied at NC State and completed his undergraduate degree at UNC-Chapel Hill, earning a B.A. in Mass Communication. David also earned an MBA from the Wake Forest School of Business, equipping him with a strong foundation in business strategy and market analysis. 

Outside of his professional life, David is deeply committed to his family and community. He and his wife, Elizabeth, are proud parents of two active boys. A dedicated volunteer, David enjoys coaching his sons’ basketball and little league baseball teams. In his free time, David is an avid runner and enjoys playing basketball, catching a good comedy show, diving into a compelling book, and unwinding at the movies with family and friends.
