We will provide quotes for the title search and a deliver a hyperlinked title commitment containing all applicable exceptions on or before your stated deadline.
Residential Title Insurance
Along with its specialized commercial real estate services, Standard Title provides residential title insurance services through its joint venture partners. Our team is committed to speed, accuracy and balanced underwriting. We work with our insurers to provide coverage for title matters and deliver commitments and final title policies quickly and without errors. Standard Title typically delivers commitments within 30 minutes, and final policies are delivered within one business day of receipt of the final title opinion.
